It is plant derived, Glycol free, Non- Phenoxyethanol and Non-Paraben Preservative for Cosmetics and Toiletries. AE Preserve® PC is an effective mixture of Phenethyl alcohol and Caprylhydroxamic acid to penetrate cellular membranes/walls of micro-organisms resulting in optimized anti-microbial efficacy.
